Title, author, subject, and keywords — the fields readers and search indexers display. Leave a field blank to remove it.
What does the privacy strip do?
It wipes both the classic DocInfo dictionary and the XMP metadata stream, so nothing identifying — author names, creator software, edit history — remains in the file.
