Cách chuyển PDF sang Word mà không mất định dạng

Bố cục có giữ được hay không phụ thuộc vào file PDF ban đầu. Đây là cách nhận về DOCX sạch, chỉnh sửa được — và khi nào OCR phải đi trước.

Converting a PDF to Word is easy; keeping it from looking like a ransom note afterwards is the hard part. Whether the layout survives depends almost entirely on what kind of PDF you start with — knowing the difference saves you the frustration.

Text PDFs convert well, scans don't

A PDF exported from Word, Google Docs, or any real application carries its text, fonts, and structure — paragraphs, tables, and headings map back to editable Word constructs cleanly. That's the case our converter is built for: it reconstructs the layout instead of stuffing everything into text boxes.

A scanned PDF is just photographs of pages: there is no text to convert. Run it through OCR first to add a text layer, then convert — expect to fix some formatting by hand. No converter, ours included, can turn a crooked photocopy into a pixel-perfect Word file.

What to check after converting

Skim the tricky spots: multi-column sections, tables with merged cells, headers and footers, and any exotic fonts (substitutes are used when the original font isn't available). Ninety percent of documents need no touch-up at all — but a two-minute skim beats discovering a broken table after you've sent the file.
