How does comparing two PDFs work?
The tool lines up the two documents and highlights what changed, so you can spot edits between versions without reading both end to end.
Does the order I add the two files in matter?
Yes. The first file is treated as the original and the second as the revised version, so the report describes additions and removals in that direction. Use the up/down controls to swap them before comparing.
Can I compare two scanned PDFs?
Partly. A scan holds no machine-readable text, so the text section of the report comes back empty, but the page-by-page visual comparison still outlines what moved or changed. Run the scans through OCR first if you also want the wording listed.
