What does resizing a PDF page do?
Every page becomes a standard size — A4 or US Letter — with the content scaled to fit, centered, and the aspect ratio preserved. Useful before printing a document with odd page sizes.
Will anything be cut off at the edges?
No. Each page is scaled to fit the new sheet with its proportions kept, so a page of a different shape ends up with a margin rather than losing content.
Does rescaling make the text blurry?
No. The page is placed on the new sheet at a different scale rather than re-rendered into an image, so text and lines stay sharp at any size. Photos inside the page scale like any picture, so enlarging a low-resolution scan won't add detail that wasn't there.
