What happens to multi-page TIFF files?
They convert page for page — a 10-page TIFF scan becomes a 10-page PDF automatically.
Does converting a TIFF to PDF lose any quality?
TIFF has to be decoded before it can go into a PDF, and the frames are re-encoded as high-quality JPEG, so the result looks the same on screen and in print without being a bit-for-bit copy. That decoding runs on our servers, and your upload and the finished PDF are both deleted two hours later. JPG and PNG images, by contrast, go in untouched.
Can I combine several TIFF scans into one PDF?
Yes. Add up to 10 files of 50 MB each, set the order you want them in, and every frame of every TIFF follows on as its own page. JPG, PNG, HEIC and WebP images can go into the same document.
